Help logging in
If you need access to RAISEonline there is an administrator in your school who will
be able to help you. This administrator can create new accounts and help with access
problems (for example, unlock or reset your password). Your headteacher was sent this information
and most likely would have nominated someone in your school to deal with user accounts for the school. Ofsted/DfE will not be able to
respond to requests for access.
Local authority access
If you need access to RAISEonline there is an administrator in your local authority who will be able to help you. This administrator can create new accounts and help with access problems (for example, unlock or reset your password). The director of children's services for your local authority was sent this information and would have nominated someone in your local authority as the RAISEonline administrator. Ofsted/DfE will not be able to respond to requests for access.
School improvement partners
Access to RAISEonline for school improvement partners is managed through the local authority of your allocated school or schools. The local authority RAISEonline administrator can set up an account so you can access your allocated school's/schools' data. Please liaise with the local authority about access to RAISEonline.
Ofsted provides individual access details for inspectors. If you have a query about your access, please contact the RAISEonline helpdesk.
To log into RAISEonline enter your username and password into the appropriate boxes. It is important to enter the password exactly as given to you, including the correct usage of upper and lower case. Please check that your CAPS lock is turned off before entering a password to ensure the correct characters are entered. Also check for, and if appropriate delete, any empty spaces that may have been copied over as part of entering your username and password as these will invalidate the entry.
If you are still having difficulty logging into RAISEonline, please contact your RAISEonline administrator. If they are unable to help you, please contact the support desk by emailing email@example.com
